This is "Question 02" to be answered by Eni:
Introduction
Question 02: A common practice by Eni
A few years
ago, Eni sued professor Albina Colela, from the University of Basilicata, for
slander after presenting a study about the poor quality of the water in the
surroundings of one of its refineries in Italy. The company demanded an
indemnity of 5 million Euro. But, in 2017, the Italian Justice decided in favor
of the professor (Doc. 01).
In 2013, an
investigative reporter from Italian TV RAI, Ms. Milena Gabanelli, showed the
company's corrupt management in her TV Program: REPORT (Doc. 02). The result: Eni opened a lawsuit
of 25 million Euro for slander and defamation (Doc. 03). However, a colleague from her
profession, made an electronic petition at Change.org, in defense of the
journalist, and obtained over 150 thousands of signatures (Doc. 04). Under pressure, Eni changed its
mind and ended the lawsuit.
Question
02: The
aforementioned lawsuits are very similar to the lawsuit filed by Eni against
me. People who expressed “negative facts” on the management of Eni and were
prosecuted. Why does Eni have this practice?
I am Eni's Whistleblower that suffers "retaliation" from this company until today. There will be a total of "15 questions" which, in these 17 years, Eni has not yet answered.
